Hand crafted, double sided cherry edge grain cutting board with juice groove on one side. This is the actual board you will receive and is ready to ship. Comes with juice groove, anti slip mat, and 2 oz jar of board conditioner.
Dimensions 12.5” x 12.5” x 1.125”
Each board starts with rough sawn lumber and is planed flat, cut into strips, glued up, planed flat again, crosscut, and glued up another time. Then sanded up to 400 grit sandpaper and finished with multiple coats of food grade mineral oil and a final coat of mineral oil/beeswax mixture. End grain cutting boards are known to be great for keeping your expensive knives sharp and will last a lifetime.
